⛔️Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place for several reasons:
- Custom Made: Each set of gel nails is meticulously crafted to fit your unique style and preferences. As a result, we are unable to resell or reuse custom-made products.
- Hygienic Reasons: To prioritize the health and safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or opened.
- Fit to You: Our gel nails are designed to provide a perfect fit for your nails. Once they have been applied, they conform to the shape and size of your natural nails, making them unsuitable for return or exchange.
⚠️Refunds
We understand that there may be instances where a refund is necessary. To determine if a refund is acceptable please email APPALUXELLC@gmail.com along with meeting the following criteria.
Please note that refunds will only be fulfilled if all of the following conditions are applied:
- The item is in the same condition as when it was received.
- The item is returned can be returned in its original packaging.
- A picture of the item defect is provided.
- A copy of the invoice is included.
- It is determined by AppaLuxe,LLC that refund is appropriate
It is important to include both the picture of the item defect and a copy of the invoice when filing for a refund. This helps us ensure a fair and accurate assessment of the situation.
However, please note that we do not offer refunds for nails that are damaged in application, break after being worn or are damaged in shipping. As with any nail product, wear and tear can occur over time, and we cannot be held responsible for the longevity of the product once it has been applied.
📏Sizing
Choosing the right size for your gel nails is crucial to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. While we require sizing kits to assist you in finding the perfect fit, please note that we are not responsible for incorrect size selection. The handmade nature of our products means that each set may vary slightly in size. We encourage you to take advantage of our sizing kits to find the best match for your nails.

Due to the handmade nature of our pieces and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
⚠️ All Sales Are Final
To protect the integrity of our work and the health and safety of our customers, all earring purchases are final sale. Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out before ordering if you have any questions—we’re happy to help!
🛠 Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect every item before shipping, but if your earrings arrive damaged in transit or with a clear defect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at hello@appaluxe.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A description of the issue
If approved, we will gladly replace the item or offer store credit.
📦 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating it through the carrier.
