Processing Times

At AppaLuxe, LLC , we strive to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience. To ensure transparency and clarity, we would like to explain our order processing and shipping policy in detail.

All orders are processed in the order in they were received. 

When you place an order with us, please note that our processing times vary by product ordered. This means that it may take us up to the business days mentioned below to create and package your order before it is ready to be shipped.

We run on a Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm EST schedule for when an order is received to calculate business days.  

PRESS-ON Nails: current processing time is 4-6 business days. 

 Press-On Nail Sizing Kits: current processing time is 1-3 business days

 Polymer Clay Earrings:

  • Ready to Shipcurrent processing time 1-3 business days.
  • Pre-Sale:These earrings are made in limited batches following a scheduled release date. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for your earrings to be completed and shipped after the scheduled release date has been met.

**PLEASE NOTE: if you have ordered multiple items that have different processing times your order will fall under the longer processing time.

-Vacation 1 week a year (this will vary per year and will be announced in advance) 

Shipping Method

Once your order is completed and ready to be shipped, we will send it out via USPS (United States Postal Service). USPS is a reliable and trusted shipping carrier that ensures prompt and secure delivery of your package. For more details on shipping see our “Shipping Policy

Responsibility After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of AppaLuxe, LLC. We entrust the delivery of your package to USPS, and any issues or delays that may occur during transit are beyond our control.

However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you encounter any problems with the delivery of your order, please reach out to USPS using your package tracking number provided via email.
