Q: Can I order without knowing my nail sizes?
A: Yes! If it’s your first order we will send your a FREE Perfect Fit Kit and we will ship that to you first and the remainder of your order we will place on hold until we receive your sizes. You can send us your sizes via the website tab “Submit your nail sizes” or email them to hello@appaluxe.com. If you are ordering a different Length/Shape nail style than before you will need to purchase another Perfect Fit Kit in that nail style to measure your nails at home. We will again place your nail purchase on hold until your new style sizes have been received.
Free Sizing Kit Shipping
Complimentary sizing kits are sent via USPS First-Class Mail and do not include tracking. Please allow additional time for delivery. Your kit will still be marked as shipped and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email.
Q: Will you get more lengths in your current shapes?
A: Yes! If there is a shape/length combination you want but do not see, please contact me and I will certainly look into getting this option for you!
Q: Do you take custom client orders?
A: Yes! as of June 2024 we now have Custom Sets open! Please see here for more in.
Q: Why are your prices higher than drugstores? What makes them worth the cost difference?
A: Great question! Please check out our “Press Ons Explained” page for a detailed answer that I think will showcase best our quality and value.
