Polymer Clay Returns & Exchanges

At AppaLuxe, each pair of polymer clay earrings is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings.

To protect the integrity of our work and the health and safety of our customers, all earring purchases are final sale. Please read product descriptions carefully and reach out before ordering if you have any questions—we’re happy to help!

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every item before shipping, but if your earrings arrive damaged in transit or with a clear defect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at hello@appaluxe.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the item and packaging
• A description of the issue

If approved, we will gladly replace the item or offer store credit.

 

📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered), reach out and we’ll do our best to assist you in locating it through the carrier.
