The Luxe | Custom Set

All AppaLuxe Nail Sets are preorder not pre-made so once you place your order along with your nail sizes is when I will be able to begin working on your nails.  For current processing times please check our “Processing Times” page under “More Information” or click here. Once an item is shipped I no longer have control on how long the item will take to arrive. When ordering for specific occasions please consider that busy times of the year (eg. November-December) may cause longer than usual shipping and prepare in advance.

Sizing Guide

Because every AppaLuxe set is handcrafted to your unique measurements, a Perfect Fit Kit is required for all first-time custom orders.

Your kit includes every nail size in the Nail Shape & Length you choose, allowing you to find your exact fit from home and ensuring the most seamless, salon-quality result.

If you’ve previously ordered a Perfect Fit Kit and know your sizes, simply enter them at checkout when placing your order.

Please note that each set is made specifically for the sizes provided, so custom orders cannot be remade or exchanged due to incorrect sizing.

How to Apply

1)  Gently push back cuticles using flat end of cuticle pusher

2) Remove remaining cuticle pieces by using pointed end of cuticle stick by scraping gently along the base of nail

3) Buff nail to remove any shine or old nail glue from previous set and file down natural nails to be short in  length

4) Use alcohol prep pad to remove dust and debris from natural nail

5)Here’s the fun part! Apply thin layer of glue to natural nail covering the entire nail bed, do not over flood or touch cuticles with glue (do only one nail at a time, I like to start with pinky and work my way toward thumb leaving both thumbs until last)

6) Take press on at 45 degree angle and press down gently from cuticle to free edge. Firmly press, hold, and rock back and forth to ensure seal of entire nail for 15-20 seconds, be careful not to push too hard or you will push out the glue and weaken your seal ~ repeat for all nails

How To Remove

1) Gather bowl of warm water with dish soap and oil (can be olive oil, veggie oil, coconut oil) a little goes a long way

2) Soak nails for 15-20 mins

3) Test readiness by taking cuticle stick flat edge and running along cuticle edge of nail. When ready the nails will pop off easily. Some nails may be prepped well and stick longer so be patient, we don’t want to damage your natural nails or not be able to reuse the ones your removing by damaging them during removal.

4) After all are removed use buffer from prep kit to buff off any stuck-on glue on your natural nail and moisturize your hands.
